Mono PE Reels and Premade Pouches

Polyethylene (PE) is an important cost-effective material that can be easily obtained and recycled. However, PE has a low melting point and stretches easily. This makes it a difficult material to shape and print on as a mono material solution. We worked for more than two years to achieve our goal of becoming a leading mono PE stand-up pouch manufacturer. We developed our own PE film, which is more durable than a normal PE, and invested in technologies that enable stable production with this flexible material. This solution is also available with a high barrier option. Today, we manufacture millions of pouches every month, and the materials we use have a “recyclable” certificate issued by authorized institutions in Europe.

Mono PP Reels and Premade Pouches

Polypropylene has been on the market since 1954. It is the second most manufactured commercial plastic after polyethylene. If necessary, we can convert it into mono material pouches and film. It is easier to work with this material than polyethylene. This material is recyclable in Europe.

Mono PET Reels and Premade Pouches

Mono-PET can be formed into pouches and films. This material is best recycled chemically. It is a method actively applied in the USA and EU.

In line with the requests of our customers, we can manufacture naturally compostable packages that can meet all needs within our wide range of products. These products have the ability to transform into minerals that self-feed the soil after a certain period at a certain humidity and temperature.

As SESA, we can manufacture compostable packages in cellulose- and PLA-based multi-layer structures with metallized and paper alternatives. These products can be produced both in roll stock form and optionally in pouch form.

Green Solution in Packaging: BIO PE

How about using Biopolyethylene (also known as renewable polyethylene) made from sugarcane instead of using a oil-based PE film? One of the most important features of this product is that the raw material of the product is not oil. Sugarcane, a renewable resource, consumes CO2 in the air compared to oil that releases O2 into the atmosphere.1 ton of Green Polyethylene extracts 2.15 * tonnes of CO2 from the atmosphere. You can add “I’m Green”™ logo on your products by using at least 51% BIO PE.

The patented chemical additive NEO, which is obtained from Canada, is specifically designed to increase the efficiency of energy-generating plants by collecting methane gas from waste silos which are widely used in North America. It can be easily added to PET, PE, PP, and high barrier combinations, in addition to normal structures.
