Medium-barrier (PA) to high-barrier (EVOH) packaging should be used to keep perishable sensitive products such as fresh or cooked meats, seafood, cheese, milk and yoghurt fresh and to extend shelf-life. We can manufacture special barrier films and make high quality printing on the products that our customers pack, and we are the number one packaging manufacturer in this product category in Turkey. In addition to the most commonly used structures such as PET // COEX PA and PET // COEX EVOH, features such as anti-fog, reclosable, paper touch, high partial covering and easy peeling can be added to the packaging.

There is no need for high-barrier packaging for frozen products. The packaging that we manufacture with the effect of matte or paper touch on alternative materials using the cost-effective, high-resolution flexo and rotogravure printed PE // PE or OPP / OPP lamination technique will make your product easy to distinguish from others.

Although normal PET // PE compounds are still in use, the new packaging trend for products such as peanuts, chips, dried foods and chocolate is high-barrier films or pouches. We usually use co-extruded high-barrier films to preserve the freshness and fragrance of your product, in addition to providing an extra 3 to 4-month shelf-life. Our high-barrier packages, which can be rotogravure or flexo printing, increase the attractiveness of your product on the market shelves.

Packaging of the products such as ready sauces, tomatoes, soups, cereals, olives, soft dry foods, chestnuts, beets, etc. must be able to be sterilized in pressurized tanks at a temperature of up to 131° C before packaged. Today, printed or unprinted sterilizable films or pouches that we manufacture rigorously are widely used in global supermarkets. We can manufacture these films from two to four layers, as well as recyclable upon request.

High performance and continuity are important in packaging machines for seasonings. Our special extrusion formulas can increase the efficiency of your machine. Metal films are mostly used in this category to extend the shelf-life of the products and protect them from light.

Various materials are used in the packaging of powder products such as protein powders, ground spices, milk powders, and ground coffee. Films with high-barrier and anti-static properties are recommended for edible powder products, and aluminum/metalized film combinations can be used optionally. We can recommend flat bottom/box pouch, quadro and doypack pouches, especially for coffee packaging. The packaging can also be kraft paper or with a paper effect.

The packaging of pet food is very important, as some pets are much more sensitive to scents than humans. Therefore, we recommend the use of medium- or high-barrier packaging in pet food packaging. We recommend a metalized packaging solution for the food of animals very sensitive to scents.

We can manufacture “box pouch” or “doypack” pouches with or without zipper for pouches between 1 kg an 5 kg. We can manufacture “quadro” or “folded bottom” pouches for larger pet foods of 10-30 kg. The laser perforation solution can be optionally offered to enable easy opening of these bags.
